Registration and Agreement

CONTRACT

This is a contract between the Instructor and the Client(s). This contract applies to all activities with the Instructor. All Clients are required to read and sign this contract.

Clients are responsible to follow-up with training and maintain the level of obedience established during training with the Instructor. Results are directly related to the commitment of the Client to practice and apply advice. The Instructor is committed to establish good relationships and correcting negative behavior. Failure by the Client to continue training could lead to a reversal of patterning and reduced success.

VETERINARY

The Client is responsible to ensure the dog(s) are current on all vaccinations and is responsible for all veterinary expenses that may occur during training with the Instructor.

SOCIALIZATION AND PLAYTIME

The Instructor is not responsible for any injuries or expenses resulting from socialization or training. Dogs participating in physical exercise may be injured by running, jumping, and other playful activity associated with the training and during the normal course of the training session. Every effort is made to prevent injuries, although occasional accidents may happen. Clients could also be responsible if their pet causes injury to another animal.

EQUIPMENT

The Client agrees to provide suitable and safe equipment as suggested by the Instructor. Clients need to apply common sense when using any equipment and are responsible for all injuries and/or damages which may occur.

UNSPORTSMANLIKE BEHAVIOR

Physical abuse or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated. Failure to comply will result in dismissal from training with NO refunds being given. The Client is also responsible for the behavior and safety of their friends or family.

PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE

The Instructor will occasionally use photographs and/or video of students and animals on our web pages, during training sessions, in promotional materials and training videos. By virtue of your attendance you agree to the usage of you and/or your dogs likeness in such material.

PAYMENT

The Client agrees to pay for all services at the time they are rendered. All Charges must be settled by the client. In the event of a check being returned, for any reason, a state mandated fee will be assessed and cash payment may be required.

CLASS RESERVATIONS

All group class fees must be paid at the time of reservation. Missed classes cannot be made up. If prior to commencement of the course, Client is unable to attend, the reservation may be credited to another course.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Private lessons must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of the lesson by speaking directly with the Instructor.

BEHAVIORAL ADVICE

All behavioral advice and training suggestions are provided at the Clients own risk. Use of this information is voluntary and the Instructor is not responsible for consequences. Client hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Instructor from any liability claims, demands, causes of action, anticipated or unanticipated, arising out of any loss.
